Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, current account, and relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with financial products and services is an added advantage.
