Senior Sales Officer

As an Operations Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and Freezone organizations. Your primary responsibility will involve vendor management and after-sales service. This includes establishing partnerships with all free zones, mainlands, and other SAB vendors. You will be responsible for filling up documents for partnerships and maintaining records of all documents in the ERP system. Furthermore, your role will require you to coordinate training sessions for SAB sales staff, which may be conducted remotely for India and physically for the Dubai team, or a combination of both. You will also be tasked with assigning an account manager for SAB in each free zone and fostering positive relationships with them. It is essential for you to familiarize yourself with the products, promotions, and licensing policies of the Freezones, and seek clarification whenever necessary. Additionally, you will need to understand the incentives and commission plans offered by SAB and maintain communication with existing Freezones that the company has partnerships with, such as IFZA, DMCC, Dubai South, Shams, SPC, Hamriyah Free Zone, RAKEZ, AFZ, Creative City, and Kizad. This full-time position offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement. The job requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in strong sales.
