The Operations Executive role involves being the primary point of contact for clients and Freezone entities. Your main responsibilities will include vendor management and providing after-sales service. You will be required to establish partnerships with all free zones, mainlands, and other SAB vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for filling up documents for partnerships and maintaining records of all documents in the ERP system. Another crucial aspect of the role is to coordinate training sessions for SAB sales staff, which may be conducted remotely for India and physically for the Dubai team, or a combination of both. You will also work on assigning an account manager for SAB from each Freezone and building strong relationships with them. It will be essential for you to have a good understanding of the products, promotions, and licensing policies of the Freezone entities. You should proactively seek clarification on any areas of uncertainty. Furthermore, you will need to grasp the incentives and commission plans offered by the Freezone entities to SAB. Maintaining regular communication with existing Freezone partners, such as IFZA, DMCC, Dubai South, Shams, SPC, Hamriyah Free Zone, RAKEZ, AFZ, Creative City, and Kizad, is a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for keeping records of all signed partnership agreements. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, performance bonuses, and a day shift schedule.
