Role Overview: Responsible for driving sales for GoodEarth’s sustainable communities by managing leads, engaging customers, and converting enquiries into long-term residents aligned with our ecological and community-driven philosophy. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end sales process for GoodEarth’s eco-village and residential community projects. Engage with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and present GoodEarth’s sustainable living value proposition Manage and convert leads from digital, referral, and offline channels using CRM tools Conduct site visits, explain project features, and provide a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on pipeline and performance. Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, feedback loops, and improving lead quality. Stay updated on market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor offerings in sustainable real estate. Support after-sales engagement and help onboard customers into the GoodEarth community. Key Skills & Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain design, sustainability, and community-living concepts clearly.
