Urgent Opening for Senior Sales Manager Credit Cards

Business Unit:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:

    • Achieve disbursement targets and revenue goals.
    • Drive cross-sell of liability products, insurance, and demat accounts.
    • Support collections team for delinquent cases.

  • Market Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities through market assessment.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners (DST/DSA).

  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure adherence to risk policies and internal processes.
    • Complete documentation with highest quality standards.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Engage with branches and channels to drive business.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve complaints promptly.

  • People Development:

    • Monitor DST/DSA productivity and provide guidance.
    • Take ownership of personal learning and development.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Cross-sell ratio and NPS score above threshold.
  • Compliance with risk and audit guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum

    1–2 years of team handling experience

    in credit card sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and cross-selling.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
