Drive overall sales and profitability of Aluminium Formwork across the assigned region.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Convert enquiries into leads and successfully close business opportunities.
Guide, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets and ensure high performance.
Negotiate deals within company policies to ensure profitability and timely closures.
Follow up with customers for timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
Participate in management meetings, submit periodic reports on sales performance, and provide project updates.
Prepare and share sales reports for the Zone.
Build strong client relationships and explore new business opportunities in the market.
Provide transparent, data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Experience in Sales, preferably in Construction/Building Materials industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
