Job Title: QC Engineer Aluminium Formwork Location: Nalgonda, Telangana. Department: Quality Control Reports To: QA/QC Manager / Plant Head Job Summary: The QC Engineer for Aluminium Formwork is responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, in-process components, and final products. This role involves inspection, documentation, and testing of aluminium formwork panels and accessories as per design specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-process and final inspections of aluminium formwork components. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Ensure dimensional accuracy, welding quality, surface finish, and proper assembly of formwork panels. Coordinate with the production team to identify and rectify non-conformities. Maintain quality documentation such as inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and calibration records. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of formwork components. Monitor and enforce adherence to ISO quality standards and company SOPs. Support audits and customer inspections when required. Provide feedback to design and production teams for continuous improvement. Key Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in QC, preferably in aluminium formwork or metal fabrication industry. Good understanding of quality systems (ISO 9001) and documentation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Role & Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the execution of residential high-rise projects from inception to completion, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Implement and supervise the high-quality construction, ensuring adherence to Mivan shuttering procedures and best practices. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards, and address any quality-related issues promptly. Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, while maintaining accurate records of resource usage and project progress. Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and standards, conducting safety audits and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all project team members. Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and project schedules, and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mivan shuttering on-site, and optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Represent the organization in project meetings, prepare and present project reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Stay updated with the latest developments in civil engineering, and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards. Qualifications and Skills: B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum of 0 - 10+ years of experience in managing residential high-rise projects, with proven expertise in Mivan shuttering technology. Strong project management and leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to work on-site and travel as required, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Responsible for Projects execution at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost. Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques. Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings. Having hand on experience with Aluminum formwork. Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required. Checking of Reinforcement, Shuttering, Column centering markings and Quality of concrete. Knowledge of layouts and ability to make BBS. Coordinate with Foremens and Supervisors to ensure that the raw materials are utilized properly with minimum wastage and also ensure that safety norms are maintained in the work. Preferred candidate profile :- Candidate having experience of 5 to 8 years in building construction, infrastructure projects, and had worked in real estate industry will be preferred. Candidate worked with any Project Management consultant firm and have sound technical knowledge and excellent managerial skills as well will be considered only. Having hand on experience with Aluminum formwork. Candidate should be from south India or Ready to relocate in Bengaluru.
