Position: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in the same company
Industry Preference: Technology / Tech-enabled products or services
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong technical background. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated stability by working in the same organization for at least 3+ years and possess exceptional communication and client-handling skills. This role involves building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and representing the company with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to closure.
  • Understand technical products/services and present them effectively to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the Bangalore region.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, marketing) to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the same company, demonstrating consistency and strong performance.
  • Strong technical background or experience in selling tech-based products/services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales pipeline.
  • Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales in the tech domain.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
