About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager who can lead with strategy and close with precision. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a proven record of driving revenue growth. This role requires someone who can balance people skills with sharp business acumen — building relationships that last while consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and effective execution.
Understand and analyze consumer behavior to tailor approaches for effective communication to maximize conversion.
Identify new market opportunities, key clients, and partnerships to expand business.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term value.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with consumer insights.
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of consumer psychology and buying behavior.
Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
