Executive Assistant to the Founder – Tvisha Jewlz (Jaipur) Location: Jaipur (On-site role) Experience: 3–5 years in EA/Coordinator/Admin roles Industry: Luxury Jewellery Tvisha Jewlz, a boutique fine jewellery brand rooted in tradition and elegance, is looking for a reliable, sharp, and committed Executive Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day business operations and coordination. This is a high-responsibility, trust-based role that demands maturity, discretion, and exceptional follow-through. What You’ll Do: Be the right hand to the Founder — manage follow-ups, coordinate daily schedules, and keep operations running smoothly. Assist with both professional and some personal errands/tasks. Work closely on admin and coordination tasks. Ensure timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. Handle data, documentation, and daily communication on behalf of the founder. What We’re Looking For: Excellent follow-up skills — this is a non-negotiable . 3–5 years of experience as an EA, secretary, or office coordinator. Strong command over MS Office (especially Excel & Word). Fluent in English; shorthand skills are a plus. Graduate from a secretarial or administrative background. Job stability — no frequent job-hoppers. Honest, dependable, and discreet. Open to assisting in occasional personal tasks. Bonus If You: Stay within 45 mins commute from the office.
