Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati is for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Duties include developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves regular monitoring of sales performance, providing training and mentorship to the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.
