Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager in the Tours & Travel industry based in Bangalore (Jayanagar), your role involves driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, building corporate and B2B partnerships, and leading a sales team to achieve business targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in domestic & international travel segments. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, travel agents, and online platforms. - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting KPIs and performance targets. - Collaborate with operations and product teams to design attractive travel packages. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships with vendors and clients. - Track sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and present to management. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine business strategies. - Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Strong knowledge of the Tours & Travel industry, including B2B/B2C sales. - Proven track record in sales target achievement and business development. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Leadership and team management abilities. - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo preferred). **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field (MBA preferred). - 6-10 years of sales experience in the travel & tourism sector, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role. - Exposure to corporate travel sales / MICE / holiday packages is highly desirable.
