Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience in the Tours and Travel industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing all departments including Sales , Operations , and Customer Support , with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day activities across all departments. Manage and lead Sales and Operations teams effectively. Share and analyze performance reports regularly with senior management. Ensure smooth coordination between departments for operational efficiency. Monitor business KPIs and work towards continuous improvement. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. Implement business strategies and ensure alignment with company goals. Identify gaps and resolve internal operational challenges proactively. Candidate Profile: 10 to 12 years of experience in a similar leadership role. Prior experience in the Tours and Travel domain is a must. Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Able to join immediately.
