Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Mindtel, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve developing and executing effective sales strategies specifically tailored for SaaS products. You will need to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyzing market trends and adjusting sales tactics accordingly to maximize opportunities will be crucial in this role. Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns will also be part of your responsibilities. You will provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance performance and professional growth. Ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service and effective problem resolution is essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar role is required, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams are also necessary. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, strong negotiation and closing skills, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities are desired qualifications. You should be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, be results-driven with a strong focus on customer service, and willing to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events. Understanding emerging trends in the SaaS industry, creative problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach are also valuable assets for this role.,
