Senior Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and oversee end-to-end sales operations for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent client management abilities, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Oversee client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
• Coordinate with marketing and project teams for launches and sales campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Track KPIs, review team performance, and prepare sales reports.
• Ensure effective use of CRM tools and compliance with sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of real estate sales experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
