Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a solid background in real estate sales and team management. The ideal candidate will drive performance, lead by example, and ensure a high-conversion, high-energy sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead, train, and manage a team of property advisors
•Monitor sales targets and drive results
•Handle client meetings and high-value closings
•Strategize for lead conversion and team performance
•Coordinate with developers and clients to ensure a seamless transaction process
Requirements
•Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or sales leadership
•Strong knowledge of Gurgaon property market
•Excellent communication and leadership skills
•Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of performance
•Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
