Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to develop strategic sales plans and drive business growth through new client acquisition and key account management. Your strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills will be crucial in achieving revenue targets and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue goals. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business strategies. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide sales initiatives. - Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership. - Negotiate high-value contracts and close complex deals. - Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.
