Job Title: Senior Manager – Executive Education (Sales)
About the Executive Education Vertical
The Executive Education vertical focuses on delivering high-quality, industry-aligned upskilling programs for working professionals and senior executives. This division caters to learners seeking career advancement through specialized certifications, leadership programs, and domain-specific courses. It operates as a premium business unit with a consultative sales approach, strict SLAs, and high service expectations.
We are seeking a strong people manager who can independently drive the Executive Education vertical. This role demands complete ownership of team performance, disciplined execution, and the ability to scale revenue through effective coaching, lead management, and process oversight.
5–7 years of experience in Inside Sales/EdTech Sales, with minimum 2 years managing a team.
Proven ability to drive revenue targets with high accountability.
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Prior experience in Executive Education or Higher Education sales is preferred.
