Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of

  Construction Equipment (CE) loans

  through direct sourcing, dealers, OEMs, and DSAs.
• Manage and grow relationships with

  dealers, OEMs, channel partners

  , and corporate clients.
• Conduct customer meetings, understand requirements, and provide customized CE loan solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure healthy portfolio growth.
• Coordinate with

  credit, operations, and disbursement teams

  for smooth file processing.
• Ensure high-quality sourcing with proper documentation and adherence to bank policies.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and dealer performance to maximize business.
• Drive cross-selling of banking products (CASA, Insurance, etc.) when required.
• Handle pre- & post-disbursement activities, collection follow-ups if necessary.
• Maintain strong compliance and follow all RBI / internal policy guidelines.
  

Required Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in

  Construction Equipment Loans / Machinery Loans / Commercial Vehicle Loans

  .
• Strong understanding of CE products, dealer networks, loan documentation, and customer profiling.
• Experience in

  retail asset sales

  , DSA handling, OEM relationship management.
• Candidates with experience in

  Banking/NBFC – CE product

  strongly preferred.
