Job Title: Sales Manager – Hospitality (Premium / Boutique Hotels) Location: Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-time About Us We are a fast-growing hospitality group operating boutique and experiential hotels across key leisure destinations in India. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Sales Manager who will spearhead market acquisition for one of our premium properties, while also driving cross-property business across our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong premium hospitality sales experience , deep Nainital region market knowledge, and existing networks within domestic and inbound travel trade . If you excel at building relationships, driving revenue pipelines, and representing boutique luxury hospitality, this opportunity is for you. Role & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Drive sales for the luxury-positioned unit with cross-selling responsibilities across the group portfolio Build and manage relationships with domestic and inbound travel partners, DMCs, corporates, and HNI travel planners Identify and develop key accounts across Delhi NCR, Punjab, and the Nainital/Ramgarh belt Plan and execute sales visits, roadshows, and destination promotions Achieve revenue targets through proactive business development Market & Account Strategy Leverage established network within leisure, FIT, corporate, and celebration travel segments Develop strong bookings pipeline across OTA, offline travel, corporate, and social event channels Track competitor performance and regional demand patterns for pricing and market positioning inputs Operational & Coordination Work closely with on-ground hotel leadership for conversions and guest relations follow-through Coordinate with central reservations and marketing for campaigns, promotions, and media-trade visibility Represent the hotel at industry forums, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking platforms Skills & Experience Must-Have 3–6 years of hospitality sales experience (premium / luxury leisure segment preferred) Proven experience managing premium room night business (ADR ₹20,000+) Strong knowledge of the Nainital / Uttarakhand leisure market Solid network in inbound travel, luxury DMCs, and domestic leisure trade Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Preferred Experience working with boutique luxury or lifestyle hotel brands Knowledge of UP / Punjab leisure and wedding guest markets Strong communication, presentation & customer-engagement skills Work Environment & Growth Role based in Delhi with travel to Nainital/Ramgarh & Punjab as required Work closely with senior leadership and revenue teams Opportunity to grow into a cluster / regional sales leadership role Exposure to high-value leisure, luxury, and inbound travel markets Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Travel & hospitality perks across hotel portfolio Year-end performance incentives PF, health, and company employee benefits Learning and industry networking opportunities Apply with your CV, recent photograph and latest salary slip.
