🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Manager | MumbaiWe're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing content & digital services company that partners with global clients across content creation, influencer-led campaigns, and digital monetization. Known for its Gen-Z-driven culture and rapid execution, this role is designed for someone who could evolve into the company’s future CEO.🔑 Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end revenue generation: set, track & achieve ambitious sales targets
Build and run efficient outreach via WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn & SMS
Manage client relationships with proactive follow-ups & engagement
Streamline & automate sales processes using smart, minimal tools
Scale and lead a high-performance sales team within 6–12 months
Collaborate with founders on strategy, brand growth & monetization

🎯 Requirements

2–4 years in sales, business development, or revenue growth (startup/digital-first preferred)
Fluent in English, able to communicate with Gen-Z and global clients
Self-starter with high ownership in lean, fast-paced settings
Analytical thinker, problem-solver & driven to build
Ambition to grow long-term with the company (future leadership track)
