Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.

• Team Leadership and People Management experience
• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Data Analysis and Sales Forecasting skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Hyderabad Area
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
