Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, developing effective sales strategies, training and mentoring agents, and ensuring targets are met. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and maintaining client satisfaction. Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Provide leadership and motivation to the sales team to achieve high performance. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges. Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and materials. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and industry regulations. Foster and maintain strong client relationships. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management. Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts within the team. Requirements: Proven experience as a real estate sales manager or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including local markets and property trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid real estate license (as required by state or local law). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
