Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales operations, build high-performing teams, and contribute significantly to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across regions or sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively take corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
  • Present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the leadership team.
  • Handle key accounts and manage high-value negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in B2B/B2C sales (industry-specific if needed).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
