Junior Business Development Executive chennai 1 - 3 years INR 1.25 - 3.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

1. Sales and Business Development Identify and approach potential clients (schools, colleges, coaching centers, etc.). Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain software features and benefits. Generate new leads through visits, calls, referrals, and follow-ups. Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions. Achieve assigned sales targets for the branch. 2. Client Relationship Management You will primarily be working in the field, engaging with customers to build and maintain strong business relationships. Act as the main point of contact for clients within the assigned territory or branch. Follow up regularly with clients for renewals, feedback, and support needs. 3. Branch Operations Support Coordinate with the central sales and marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns. Maintain records of client interactions, sales, and visits in CRM tools or reports. Provide regular updates on market trends, competition, and customer feedback to management. 4. Product Knowledge and Training Stay updated on product features, updates, and value propositions. Assist in onboarding and training clients or school staff to use the platform effectively. Provide feedback from clients to the product team for continuous improvement. 5. Reporting and Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure all documentation (agreements, invoices, contracts) is completed accurately and on time. Report sales performance and field activity to the Branch Manager or Sales Head. Additional Expectations Travel within the assigned region for client visits and demos. Participate in local exhibitions, school events, or marketing drives when required. Uphold company values and represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
