Junior Business Development Executive

1. Sales and Business Development

• Identify and approach potential clients (schools, colleges, coaching centers, etc.).
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain software features and benefits.
• Generate new leads through visits, calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for the branch.

2. Client Relationship Management

• You will primarily be working in the field, engaging with customers to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients within the assigned territory or branch.
• Follow up regularly with clients for renewals, feedback, and support needs.

3. Branch Operations Support

• Coordinate with the central sales and marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
• Maintain records of client interactions, sales, and visits in CRM tools or reports.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, competition, and customer feedback to management.

4. Product Knowledge and Training

• Stay updated on product features, updates, and value propositions.
• Assist in onboarding and training clients or school staff to use the platform effectively.
• Provide feedback from clients to the product team for continuous improvement.

5. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure all documentation (agreements, invoices, contracts) is completed accurately and on time.
• Report sales performance and field activity to the Branch Manager or Sales Head.

Additional Expectations

• Travel within the assigned region for client visits and demos.
• Participate in local exhibitions, school events, or marketing drives when required.
• Uphold company values and represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
