Role: Business Development Executive (Full-Time, On-Site – Bhubaneswar & Deogarh)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the architecture and consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth
• Manage accounts and maintain client satisfaction
• Identify potential markets and partnership opportunities
• Work closely with the design and management team to align business goals

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Freshers (Junior BDEs) with strong motivation are encouraged to apply
