Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager Vision & IoT Solutions is responsible for driving sales growth across advanced Vision, AI, and Internet of Things (IoT) product lines. The role demands deep technical understanding of Vision and IoT ecosystems, along with strong business relationships across semiconductor and chip manufacturers. The incumbent will lead strategic customer engagements, identify new opportunities, and work closely with technology partners to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • 1. Develop and execute sales strategies for Vision, AI, and IoT-based solutions in key markets.
  • 2. Identify new business opportunities in industrial automation, smart cities, surveillance, and embedded systems.
  • 3. Achieve revenue and margin targets through proactive customer acquisition and account management.

Partnership & Ecosystem Management

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with semiconductor/chip companies (e.g., Qualcomm, NVIDIA, Intel, NXP, etc.).
  • Collaborate with chipset vendors and OEMs to align roadmaps and co-develop solutions.
  • Work with internal R&D and product teams to translate partner capabilities into customer solutions.

Customer Engagement

  • Drive customer discussions from concept to closure including requirements gathering, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Manage key accounts and provide consultative sales support.

Market Intelligence

  • Track technology trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities in Vision and IoT domains.
  • Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing teams for roadmap alignment.

Team Leadership

  • Guide and mentor junior sales team members to build domain expertise in Vision and IoT. Lead cross-functional coordination between sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 8+ years of sales experience in high-tech, semiconductor, Vision, or IoT sectors.
  • Proven track record of working with chip vendors, ODMs/OEMs, and solution integrators.
  • Deep understanding of Vision technologies (camera modules, AI edge devices, embedded vision) and IoT platforms.
  • Strong technical acumen combined with business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
