Job Description

Key Skills & Expertise: * Set up and Lead wave soldering machines (e.g., ERSA, Electrovert, etc.) * Inspect PCBs before and after soldering to ensure proper solder flow and alignment. * Monitor and adjust machine settings such as conveyor speed, solder temperature, and flux levels. * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on wave soldering equipment. * Identify and correct soldering defects such as cold joints, bridging, insufficient solder and implement CAPAs. * Follow production schedules and complete work orders on time. * Maintain a clean and organized work area following ESD and safety protocols. * Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and machine parameters. * Adhere to IPC-A-610 standards for soldering quality and workmanship. * Conduct process validation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. * Support training and collaborate with quality and production teams.
