At AGM we are a producer of natural flake graphite for industrial applications. We are currently setting up a state of the art natural graphite processing plant in Tanzania. We are seeking a Production In Charge to lead the production from this facility. The selected candidate will work hand in hadn with the management team to ensure meeting production benchmarks. Responsibilities Include: Manage production schedule & resources Meet Production targets Ensure quality control standards met Oversee factory operations & plant maintenance Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects Oversee Plant maintenance and ensure targeted uptime Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this role would be an experienced, technical person who has led production at a factory. The candidate must be technically sound and able to work independently to meet the targets for production.
