Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rohtak for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies and plans, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Key duties also include training and mentoring team members, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer relationship management
Ability to identify market trends and new business opportunities
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales performance monitoring
Good understanding of insurance products and the financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the insurance sector is preferred
