Job Description

Aim of Function

To lead & manage the sales of the Institutional Bus business in the region. Support retail business. Understand the market, create sales strategies and action plans
To develop & maintained the Institutional & PPP line of business and nurture them for sustainability in business. Support retail deals in the region
To work closely with the key opinion maker & Influencer, customer & internal department to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with the customer to support the company & product focusing focus on customer satisfaction.
Offer product specification as per the company guidelines and commercial offers
To ensure the sales is concluded within the authorization level.
Follow up on the customer feedback, complain & escalate when required.
To create & maintained a live customer database of private & Institutional customer. Development of market higher market reach, penetration & market share.
Ensure regular contact with the customer to exchange knowledge of business, products & environment.
Maintained efficient sales management systems in the regional operations.
Develop relationship with Financial Companies & banks to give to the customer.
To report competition development in the region & report to the sales Head.
Implement key account management & follow up on the activity with the after market.
