Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to achieve revenue growth through strategic sales planning and contract management.
  • Identify new business opportunities for air freight, export, customs clearance, logistics sales, and market expansion.
  • Develop strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with clients and vendors.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as target achievement, customer satisfaction ratings, and revenue growth to optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to export documentation, shipment tracking, and customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales or similar field.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations (export) and customs clearance procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client relationship management.
  • Owns two-wheeler for travelling.
