Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to leads generated through

  IndiaMART

  and other online platforms.
• Contact prospective customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to explain product details and offers.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead reports, and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Update customer information and maintain CRM data.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate with the marketing and dispatch teams for order follow-ups.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English essential, regional language preferred).
• Experience in

  IndiaMART Seller Panel / Lead Management System (LMS)

  .
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business).
• Result-oriented with a positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate (Any discipline).
• 1–3 years of tele sales or inside sales experience.
• Prior experience with

  IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Justdial

  preferred.
