Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharatpur for a Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts. The role involves generating leads, identifying potential customers, and converting them into members. Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, explaining membership benefits, handling inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The incumbent will ensure personalized service to cater to customer needs and provide consistent follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively.
• GRE/Hotel sales background would be preferred.
• Proven ability in sales, lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals.
• Customer service skills, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to customer requirements.
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or similar sectors will be an added advantage.
