Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead business development efforts, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. This is a senior-level role ideal for a professional looking to take ownership of strategic sales initiatives and contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company policies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Or Bachelor's degree in any subject.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
