Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Panchkula, Sector -6
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in NABL, diagnostics, or lab services
Salary: 25K to 45K

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development for our NABL-accredited laboratory. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of laboratory testing services (microbiological, chemical, food, water, pharma, or environmental), a strong network in the industry, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Our laboratory is equipped with advanced instruments including ICPOES, DLS, XRD, FESEM, UHPLC, GC-MS, TGA, DSC, AFM, UV Spectra, and Microwave Digestion, enabling us to provide high-quality analytical and testing services to diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and acquire new clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, water treatment, hospitals, cosmetics, and environmental testing.

Build strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and key decision-makers.

Promote NABL testing services and explain technical advantages to clients.

Attend industry events, expos, and client meetings to generate leads.

Coordinate with the lab team to ensure timely execution of services and client satisfaction.

Track market trends, competitor analysis, and suggest improvements.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Maintain CRM database and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Biotech, Microbiology, or related field (MBA preferred)

5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in NABL-accredited lab or similar services

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Understanding of testing protocols, accreditations (NABL, FSSAI, ISO, BIS, etc.)

Goal-oriented with ability to work independently and in teams

r activities to identify opportunities for upselling and territory expansion.

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to overall sales management efforts.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role focused on B2B technology sales.
  • Strong background in account management, direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals within competitive markets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software tools for effective territory management and customer relationship building.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical sales presentations is highly desirable.
