Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales for commercial furniture projects (corporate offices, institutions, architects, builders).
• Lead client acquisition, relationship management, and key account handling.
• Conduct senior-level client meetings, site visits, and solution presentations.
• Understand project requirements and work with design teams on proposals & BOQs.
• Prepare and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Oversee project coordination with production, installation, and project teams.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and submit periodic MIS reports.
• Mentor junior sales staff when needed and support team targets.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales goals.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in commercial furniture / modular office solutions / turnkey interior projects.
• Strong network with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, builders & institutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read floor plans and technical drawings (added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal handling.
• Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering preferred.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and capable of handling large projects independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,569.84 - ₹37,289.62 per month

Work Location: In person
