Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage appointment scheduling for design consultations or sales staff
  • Handle incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate departments
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and showroom
  • Provide basic information about product offerings and services to visitors
  • Assist in maintaining visitor logs and CRM entries
  • Support showroom operations by coordinating with back-end teams
  • Help with administrative tasks, such as maintaining stock of brochures and forms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
