Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hair Transplant and Cosmetic Surgery Counsellor, located in Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi. The Counsellor will work closely with patients to provide informed consultations, explain procedures and outcomes, and guide clients through their decision-making process. This role involves addressing patient concerns, coordinating treatments, and fostering strong client relationships while ensuring a seamless client experience. Qualifications Client Counseling and Communication skills to effectively convey procedure-related information and address queries. Understanding of Cosmetic Surgery, Hair Transplant procedures, and related medical terminology. Coordination and Organizational skills to schedule appointments, follow up with clients, and ensure operational efficiency. Empathy and Customer Service orientation to build trust and comfort with clients undergoing cosmetic procedures. Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software for maintaining client records and communications. Previous experience in healthcare, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery counseling roles is a plus. Fluent communication in English and Hindi is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
