Role Overview

Zen Furniture is looking for a Client Coordination & Customer Support Executive who will manage client communication, schedule meetings, support sales teams, and represent the company in client-facing interactions.
This role includes coordinating with clients, fixing appointments for the Sales Team & Directors, and providing excellent customer support during pre-sales interactions.Candidates with an interior-design background are preferred.Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply due to client-facing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communication with clients professionally.
• Fix appointments and schedule meetings between clients, sales teams, and company directors.
• Meet clients when required and represent Zen Furniture with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
• Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities, documentation, and coordination.
• Maintain calendars, prepare meeting briefs, and ensure smooth communication flow.
• Provide product and service information related to interiors and modular furniture.
• Maintain customer databases, track follow-ups, and ensure timely responses.
• Support in showroom walk-ins, client presentations, and hospitality during meetings.
• Build strong networking and rapport with clients, designers, architects, and vendors.

Requirements

• 1–4 years experience in customer support, client coordination, front office, or sales support.
• Strong communication skills (English & Tamil essential; Hindi is a plus).
• Excellent presentation, grooming, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to meet clients and represent the company professionally.
• Strong networking capability and relationship-building skills.
• Background in interior design / furniture industry strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and scheduling tools.
• Organized, confident, and proactive.
