Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive secondary sales in the Patiala, Punjab region. As a Senior Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in the building materials sector. You should possess a strong market knowledge and have the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive demand to achieve secondary sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and expand the dealer network by nurturing existing partnerships and seeking out new business opportunities. - Achieve secondary sales targets by ensuring product availability and driving demand across distribution channels. - Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay informed about trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. - Collaborate closely with distributors and retailers to manage stock, process orders, and ensure timely delivery. - Conduct sales visits and product demonstrations to increase brand visibility and awareness. - Oversee timely collections and credit control in coordination with the finance team. - Work in collaboration with internal teams to implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives. Key Requirements: - Experience: 2 to 3 years in sales within the plywood, laminates, MDF, adhesives, paints, tiles, or other building materials industry. - Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). - Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Location Preference: Candidates from Patiala or nearby areas with a strong market exposure. - Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
