Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive who can drive sales for our portfolio of holiday homes, villas, and plots. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Hindi, and understands Marathi, skilled in relationship building, and comfortable working with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients. This role requires a proactive closer who is comfortable with both sales calling and on-ground deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily sales calls and follow-ups to generate leads and convert prospects into buyers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from client discovery calls to site visits and deal closure.
  • Provide personalized property solutions to HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Travel across Maharashtra and Goa for client meetings, site visits, and developer networking events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reporting to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in real estate (apartments, luxury villas, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills in

    English, Hindi, and Marathi

    (both verbal and written).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to engage and build trust with HNI and Ultra-HNI clientele.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently across locations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with strong relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a channel partner.
  • Graduate or Post Graduate in any field
  • Existing network of developers, brokers, or HNI clients is a prerequisite.
  • Familiarity with Maharashtra and Goa real estate markets.
