Co-Founder & CBO (with investment)

Madvik Estates, a premier holiday home real estate firm, is seeking a dedicated Co-founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO) to join our leadership team. This key position requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who is deeply committed to driving the company’s growth and success. The role involves complete involvement in business operations, investment decisions, and market expansion, with a serious approach toward achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the company’s business strategy with a focus on the holiday home market in Maharashtra, Goa, and across India.

• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, build strong industry relationships, and drive sales growth.

• Investment: Seek and manage investment initiatives; make informed decisions to secure and allocate funds effectively to maximize returns.

• Operations Oversight: Oversee business operations ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business team aligned with company goals.

• Brand Building: Establish and enhance Madvik Estates’ brand reputation in target markets.

• Partnerships & Networking: Develop strategic partnerships with realtors, developers, financial institutions, and related stakeholders.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory standards and corporate governance norms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate business development, investment management, or a related leadership role.

• Deep understanding of the Maharashtra and Goa real estate markets, with a keen interest in pan-India holiday home sales.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a serious commitment to growing a start-up or early-stage business.

• Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate investment opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

• Willingness to be fully involved with hands-on leadership and strategic decision-making.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
