Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue. 1. Market Development & Lead GenerationIdentify and pursue key prospects within Kerala’s hospitality sector—including hotels, resorts, premium lodgings, and luxury service apartments.Leverage networking, regional trade shows, hospitality associations, and digital outreach to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.2. Product Demonstrations & Client PresentationsConduct on-site product demos, highlight King Koil's quality, comfort, and durability tailored for hospitality use.Engage decision-makers such as General Managers, Executive House Keepers or procurement teams, understanding their specific needs and preferences.3. Sales Strategy & NegotiationsDevelop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed regional targets—considering Kerala’s diverse hospitality spread from hill stations to backwaters.Lead negotiations and value-based selling with cost-benefit emphasis, offering proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.4. Account Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales journey—offering after-sales support and proactive engagement.5. Market Intelligence & ReportingContinuously monitor competitive trends in the Kerala mattress and hospitality market.Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management for strategy refinement.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with the marketing team to drive localized campaigns—regional promotions, exhibitions, demos—tailored to Kerala’s culture and clientele.Work closely with logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimal stocking across the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
