Job Description: Sales Executive (Software Company)Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our software sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering customized software solutions that drive value. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a technical understanding of software products, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for software products and services. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospects via calls, meetings, and online demos. Develop proposals, quotations, and pricing as per client requirements. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and industry meetings when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in software or IT solution sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong understanding of software products (ERP, CRM, cloud applications, SaaS, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and handle sales pressure. Basic technical knowledge of software solutions and a willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM tools . Understanding of B2B & B2C sales processes. Ability to build long-term client relationships.
