Your Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Acquisition & Relationship Building Connect with senior decision-makers across HR, procurement, and leadership. Understand their culture and deliver gifting solutions that actually matter. End-to-End Sales Cycle Management Own outreach, proposals, coordination, delivery, and feedback — start to finish. Maintain smooth operations and consistently impress clients at every step. Negotiation & Deal Closure Manage pricing, deliverables, and expectations with clarity and confidence. Create outcomes that feel genuinely win-win. Communication Excellence Lead client calls, meetings, and emails in fluent, polished English. Represent Printing Labs with professionalism and credibility every time. Account Coordination Ensure accurate documentation, timely dispatches, and proactive follow-ups. Sales Reporting & Insights Maintain clean CRM records and share pipeline insights with leadership. What You’ll Need to Succeed 3–5 years of B2B or corporate sales experience Strong exposure to HR/Admin/Leadership-level clients On-site in Ahmedabad Exceptional English communication Confident pitching, smart listening, and strong value-building skills Professional presence — on calls, in meetings, and over email CRM discipline and strong follow-up habits Ability to juggle multiple accounts without losing the plot A client-first mindset and long-term relationship focus What We Offer Salary range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 Work with premium corporate clients Supportive, fast-moving team Autonomy, leadership visibility, and room to grow A creative, quality-obsessed environment
