Senior Sales Executive I Real Estate

As a Sales Manager at our leading real estate development company, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end sales processes and achieving sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the entire sales cycle, generating new leads, managing customer relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and conducting site visits and presentations for potential clients. You will be expected to conduct CP sourcing on weekdays and handle deal closures at the site on weekends. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction are key aspects of this role. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets will be crucial. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a reputable developer. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a self-motivated and target-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and a willingness to work on weekends for site visits and deal closures is expected. You will work as an individual contributor within a sales team of 6 members, with a work schedule that involves CP sourcing on weekdays and deal closures on weekends, with one weekday off.
