Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Guwahati. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and managing the sales team. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in managing and motivating a sales team
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the fluid management or related industry is a plus
