Job Summary

Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

●       Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend customized solutions involving barcode scanners, printers, RFID hardware, and software.

●       Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, simplifying technical features for decision-makers.

●       Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including system integration guidance and post-sales troubleshooting.

●       Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.

●       Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs, contributing to successful contract closures.

●       Communicate customer feedback to product and service teams to influence future enhancements.

●       Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in barcode and RFID.

●       Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to regional business development efforts.

Required Qualifications

●       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

●       2–5 years of experience in Senior Sales Executive, technical sales, or solution sales within the AIDC, barcode, RFID, or Pharma sector.

●       Hands-on knowledge of barcode technologies, RFID systems, industrial printers/scanners, and related software.

●       Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

●       Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

●       Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

●       Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and demos.

Preferred Skills

●       Understanding of barcode symbologies, RFID protocols, and industry standards.

●       Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.

●       Exposure to automation systems, including machine vision cameras and IoT-based solutions, is a strong plus.

●       Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management system integration.

●       Health insurance coverage.
